I had an amazing stay! Perfect location - walking distance to major attractions and public transportation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with vintage-style decor. the location was exceptional, just a short walk from main historic sites, shops, bars, and public transport. the friendly and welcoming hosts made the stay enjoyable and stress-free, providing useful information and assistance.
The noisy environment of the city made the room facing the street quite loud. despite the building offering a lift, the stairs leading up to it with luggage were difficult to navigate due to the older structure.

Located within walking distance to the Colosseum and a metro station, this B&B is perfectly located for exploring the area. the rooms are clean and well-heated, with towels, soap, shampoo, and shower caps provided in the bathrooms. the owner is described as being friendly and informative, and there are several restaurants and pubs nearby for a quick snack or drink. For those who enjoy a home-cooked meal, the large shared kitchen is a great option.
Some minor maintenance may be required in the entrance area and restrooms to improve the level of cleanliness and remove any unpleasant odors.

The room was comfy with cool air conditioning and a nice terrace. The location was perfect, close to shops, bars, and historic places. It was also easy to access buses and trains from the nearby station.
The main entrance and restroom were not well maintained and had an unpleasant smell.
